I’m rarely on my land, do I need to be there when guests arrive?

You do not need to be on-site when you host guests. You provide arrival instructions and property rules for your property when you create your listing, then LandTrust creates specific GPS maps and waypoints of the property. We send all of that info out to guests once you accept their booking request. So you only need to fill it out once, then LandTrust takes care of the rest.
