Can I cancel a booking for my listings?

Yes, as a Landowner, you can cancel a booking at any time up to the start of the booking. If you cancel the booking, the guest will receive a full refund for the booking. If you cancel a booking, the guest will have the opportunity to review you.

To cancel a booking:

1. Login to your LandTrust account and go to your Inbox
2. Click on the booking that you'd like to cancel
3. Click the 'Cancel Booking' button at the bottom of the Booking Breakdown section

We recommend that you do not cancel bookings unless there are extreme circumstances as most of our guests' have planned to great lengths their trip to recreate on your listing and it can be very difficult to try and get another trip booked with short notice.
