What About Insurance Coverage?

LandTrust always strives for the safe enjoyment of private lands and encourages all of our customers to maintain their own appropriate coverages. In addition, LandTrust has revamped its Safety and Insurance Program for 2021 to be as comprehensive as possible for the peace of mind of both our landowners and our guests.

For our guests, LandTrust now provides participant accident coverage (up to a certain limit) should they be injured in the course of an experience.

For our landowners, LandTrust now provides property damage coverage (up to a certain limit) should something be damaged by a guest who fails to reimburse the landowner for that damage. We have also partnered with the Farm Bureau to assist our landowners in adding an appropriate protection rider to their existing policies.

Finally, LandTrust continues its $1M of general liability coverage which protects us and creates overall peace of mind for our customers.
